Q: Why did you choose your profession?
A: At my core, I’m a communicator. I’ve seen the disasters that come from not having clear communication and wanted to join the ranks in the corporate world to ensure employees know what they are supposed to do, why they are doing it, and how to best do it.
Q: Who are your main influences?
A: Liz Ryan, founder of Human Workplace, who started disrupting HR several years ago. It needed to be disrupted. Daniel Goleman (Emotional & Social Intelligence God-father)
Q: What is your greatest accomplishment?
A: I built an HR department from scratch while working for a start-up company. My legacy is still there.

Q: What are you working on right now?
A: Continuing education units for re-certifying my SPHR and SHRM S-CP. Taking a lot of online courses covering various HR Topics. Also looking for an online Executive MBA-type program.
Q: What are your long-term goals?
A: I enjoy aligning people practices with profit generation and will continue to do so for the rest of my life.
